Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Necessary order / orders, be passed directing the Respondents, to grant all service benefits as T.G Teacher w.e.f. 28.02.2004 at par with others following the conditions of the Tripartite Govt. Transferred Resolution dated 28.02.2004, instead of T.I.

by directing modification of Annexures-6 & 5 to the suitable extent.

(ii) Necessary direction be made directing Respondents to grant all consequential financial benefits in the post of T.G.T as a Govt. Servant and also current salary upon re-fixation of the scale of pay of the applicant w.e.f. 28.02.2004. (iii) Or in alternative, any other direction / directions be made so as to give complete relief to the applicants as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Tribunal"

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has filed a representation on 17.11.2016 at Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the orders passed under Annexures-4, 7 and 8 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
