Against initiation of disciplinary proceeding, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition. 4.

This court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, if the proceeding is still pending before the authority, the authority shall do well to dispose of the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as early as possible. 5.
