This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties no.1 and 2 to fix his revised scale of pay and further seeks direction to the opposite party no.3 to send his LPC within a stipulated time.

Mr. N.K. Praharaj, learned Standing Counsel for the Stateopposite parties contended that in the meantime the LPC of the petitioner has already been sent by the authority and, as such, steps has already been taken for fixation of revised scale of pay of the petitioner. 4.

In the above view of the matter, since the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, the writ petition has become infructuous.
