This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
The limited grievance of the present Petitioner is that although he has submitted a petition stating therein his grievance before the Director, Elementary Education, Opposite Party No.2, but the same has not been considered till date.

Mr.Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to dispose of the grievance Petition dated 20th September, 2021 within a stipulated period of time.

In such view of the matter, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Elementary Education, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievance petition of the Petitioner dated 20th September,2021 pending before him within a period of two months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order in accordance with law after taking into
// 2 // consideration the grounds raised by the petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of 10 days thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
