2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- Direct the respondents to absorb the applicants in work charged Estt. In terms of the Govt. resolution dt.15.5.1997 taking into account their engagement prior to 12.4.1993 and long 20 years of continuous service in the said project as well as the benefits given other similarly situated persons and thereby quashing the letter vide Annexure-13."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.
It is observed that while taking such a decision, Opp. Party No.1 shall take into consideration the order passed by the learned Tribunal on 20.6.2017 in O.A. No.952 of 2016 which has been confirmed by this Court vide order dated 27.8.2018 in W.P.(C ) No.6155 of 2018.
