This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. When the matter was last taken up on 08.03.2022, none had appeared for the petitioner and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the following order was passed:- "None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

The writ petition has been renumbered and registered before this Court on 06.12.2021 after being transferred, upon abolition of State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack.

On perusal of the available order-sheet of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never taken up after 25.11.2013.

The original application was filed in the year 2013 challenging the selection process pursuant to the advertisement dated 02.10.2013 issued by the opposite party no.2-NRHM, Odisha for contractual appointment of AYUSH Doctor, Pharmacist, Staff Nurse/ANM in the Mobile Medical Teams (MMTs) under the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram. The last date of submissions of the application was 10.10.2013. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that considering the nature of grievance raised in the original application nothing would survive after long lapse of time of nine years.

To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list this matter on 06.04.2022."

Learned Standing Counsel for the State reiterates the submissions on behalf of the opposite party-State as noted in the order dated 08.03.2022.

Having heard learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
