It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 23931 of 2017 (State of Odisha and Ors v. Ashok Kumar Mohapatra and another), which has been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 04.04.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 04.04 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 23931 of 2017 (State of Odisha and Ors v. Ashok Kumar Mohapatra and another), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
