On the oral submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the Cause Title of the Writ Petition in Court itself. It is alleged, the Petitioner being the Sarapanch involving some serious allegations is going on making complain after complains. There is, however, no outcome on such complaints.

Considering the grievance made by the elected Sarapanch on such allegation, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs O.P.4 to undertake an enquiry exercise on the complain of the Petitioner by taking lawful decision but however involving all concerned.
