The auction purchaser has filed this present Order No.
Writ Petition seeking issuance of a mandamus to the DRT, Cuttack for an expeditious disposal of the S.A./Diary No.224 of 2020 filed by the defaulting borrower challenging the sale proceedings and the issuance of sale certificate dated 04.11.2019 in favour of the petitioner.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to issue any such directions.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition to enable the petitioner to make an application for early disposal before the DRT itself.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
