None appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard Mr.P.C.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

Mr. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the matter has become infructuous with passage of time as by now the Petitioner must have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.

In such view of the matter the writ application stands dismissed as infructuous.
