RJ This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1st December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 24.06.2013.
The Original Application was filed before the learned Tribunal challenging the advertisement dated 30.07.2012 for selection/recruitment to the post of Staff Nurses, Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) and Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) under the control of Chief District Medical Officer, Cuttack.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that he does not have up-to-date instruction to pursue the litigation on behalf of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the applicant/petitioner had appeared on the Walk-in-
// 2 // Interview on 21.08.2012 before the Selection Committee but was not selected. It is further submitted that since no notice was issued and no interim order was passed, as such the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action. (M.S. Sahoo) Judge
