This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of C.P. No.182 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Jajpur on the ground of threat to her life.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Jajpur, but directs that C.P. No.182 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court,

// 2 // Baripada be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
