The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "In view of the above, petitioner, humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit this writ application and issue notice under Rule-NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the prayer of the petitioner shall not be granted and opposite parties shall not be directed to release the compensation amount in respect of the left out structures over Plot No.93/384 in L.A Case No.81/2012 in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame with interest for delayed payment and upon their showing no cause or showing insufficient cause, make the said rule absolute by issuing appropriate order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions against the opposite parties". 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State
has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
