2. Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Praharaj, learned counsel for the State.

3. In spite of due service of notice, no counter affidavit has been filed. But taking into account the relief claimed in the present writ Petition, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending here.

4. Accordingly, the Petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation before Opposite Party No.1 within a period of three weeks from today.

5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall take a

// 2 // decision on the same on its own merit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ Petitioner is disposed of.
