1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. D.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Pattnaik, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. Mr. Pattnaik, learned AGA contended that during pendency of the matter the Petitioner has got the benefit of promotion vide order dtd.29.01.2016 w.e.f.05.12.2013, but i.e. on notional basis.
4. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that in view of such development the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application seeking grant of financial benefit for the period he has been allowed notional benefit vide the order in question.
5. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
