This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1248 of 2017 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 1248 of 2017.

Objecting to the transfer order dated 27th July, 2017, it is alleged that such transfer violates rationalization policy of the Government of Odisha in School and Mass Education, the Petitioner, a Teacher, approached the learned Tribunal by way of filing Original Application and by virtue of interim measure vide order dated 3rd August, 2017, the Tribunal has directed to keep the said order dated 27th July, 2017 issued by the Block Education Officer, Kishorenagar (Annexure-2) in abeyance.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. S. Pradhan, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. K.C. Sahu, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous by efflux of time.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
