1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Primary School Teacher in the Athmallick Education Circle under the District Inspector of School, Athmallick, Dist. Dhenkanal prior to 1974. After obtaining training, he was appointed as Assistant Teacher/Head Pandit of the Primary School. As per Department Circular No.41983 dated 26.09.1989, the applicant was treated as Government Servant w.e.f. 05.09.1989. He has given many representations to the concerned authority for granting the revised scale of pay, but he has failed to elicit any response from the authority. In view of such facts, he approached before the Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from his client. The matter has been pending since 2013. In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of for want of instructions.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
