Mr. M. Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of the contempt application, the petitioner died. Therefore, he wants to take steps for substitution. He, however, contended that since SLP (C) No. 11227 of 2019 arising out of O.A. No. 84 of 2010 is pending before the apex Court, this contempt petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy by filing appropriate application before this Court after disposal of the aforesaid SLP. 3.
In view of the above submission, the contempt petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy by filing appropriate application before this Court after disposal of SLP (C) No. 11227 of 2019.
