None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard Mr. P.C. Das, learned counsel for the State. 3.

The dispute involved in the present writ petition relates to selection process to the post of MPHW(M), which is of the year 2012 and by virtue of interim order dated 02.08.2012, learned Tribunal directed that recruitment pursuant to Annexure-1 & 2 shall be subject to outcome of this O.A. Therefore, no specific protection has been given to the Petitioner. Hence at this belated stage, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to revive the petition, if the cause of action still survives.
