The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to modify their order of appointment as regular appointment with regular pay band and grade pay as has been prescribed under advertisement dated 07.07.2013.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioners have made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, taking into consideration order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the Government in General Administration & Public Grievance Department, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing opposite party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioners vide Annexure-5, taking into consideration order dated 19.07.2017 passed by the Government in General Administration & Public Grievance Department, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
