RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1st December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 23.07.2013.

The original application was filed in the year 2012 by the applicant who was 60 years of age having retired from Government Services as Jr.

Clerk while working in Bhubaneswar (R & B) Division No.I under the Superintending Engineer, Central Circle, (R & B), Bhubaneswar, DistrictKhurda on attaining the age of superannuation. Prayer made in the original application was for grant of sanction of differential arrear dues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to long pendency, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
