The petitioner has filed this writ petitioner seeking direction to the opposite parties to extend family pension in her favour. 4.

The document under Annexure-A/4, which is annexed to the Counter Affidavit, indicates that the case of the petitioner has been recommended to the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 30.11.2017 so far as grant of family pension in favour of the petitioner is concerned.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Controller of Accounts, Odisha-Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the recommendation made by the Opposite Party No.4 under Annexure-A/4 within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order.
