This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.
On scrutiny of the prayer of the application, it reveals that the Petitioner has filed this application challenging the advertisement under Annexures-10 and 11 and seeks for further direction to act in accordance with the direction of the Tribunal under Annexure-7 in view of Rule-11 of OMS Rules, 1985. The Petitioner further prays for a direction to consider for appointment of the Petitioner against the post of Junior Clerk as per his performance in accordance with the advertisement under Annexures-10 and 11.

The dispute involves in the present case relates to recruitment process of the year 2011 under the advertisement dated 26.02.20211 under Annexure-10 and the corringendum dated 04.03.2011 under Annexure-11. In the meantime, several years have been passed i.e. more than a decade. At this belated stage, there is no meaning in keeping the matter pending.

In such view of the matter, the matter has become infructuous. Therefore, the same is disposed of as infructuous. 6.
It is open for the Petitioner to approach the appropriate authority by filing a representation for redressal of his grievance, if any, within a period of four weeks.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 8.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
