Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

During course of submission, it reveals that involving the dispute, there appears to have been initiation of encroachment proceeding, vide L.E. Case No.333/2021. In the event the L.E. Case is pending, the same is directed to be disposed of by the concerned Tahasildar but however involving the Parties likely to be affected by completing the entire exercise within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
