01.
1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The application-petitioner approached before the State Administrative Tribunal calling in question the memorandum of charges issued by Respondent No.3 vide letter No.4502 dated 01.10.2013 under Annexure-3 and was prayed for quashing of the same. She has also sought for a direction to the opposite parties to release her pensionary benefits.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not instructions in the matter but the grievance of the petitioner might have been addressed.
4. Since the matter is of the year, 2013, by efflux of time, the cause of action, as settled out in the original application, seems to have lost its significance.
