This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Perused the case records.

The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that he had filed a representation dated 13.03.2012 before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Govt., Department of Water Resources, Odisha, Opposite Party No.1 under Annexure-5, which according to the Petitioner is still pending consideration before the Authority.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner-cumSecretary to Govt., Department of Water Resources, Odisha, Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 13.03.2012 (Annexure-5), if the same is still pending, within a
// 2 // period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter. 6.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
