This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by Mr.Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for State that the present petition is liable to be dismissed on merit as the same is devoid of any merit. Moreover, Mr. Mishra points out that the cooperative society, one Mahula Diha (LAMPS) has not been added as a party to the proceeding. His further submission is that there is nothing survives to be adjudicated in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands hereby dismissed. However, it is open for the Petitioner to revive the same by filing appropriate application in the event it is found that the cause of action still survives.
