1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner was in-charge District Sports Officer for Baragarh Sports Office from 30.08.2000 until his retirement i.e. 30.09.2010. He handed over the charge to the successor on 18.10.2010 and submitted the bill/voucher of Rs.2,55,200/- for adjustment of outstanding amount of Rs.2,23,000/-, but the said bill/voucher has not passed by the opposite party Nos. 3 and 4. The opposite party No.2 directed the petitioner to submit his service book and pension paper for gratuity and clearance to A.G.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed by the Department. The learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to such submission of the learned counsel for the State. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
