The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to re-engage him in the post of lecturer in commerce within a stipulated time.

Since the cause of action by filing the writ petition is of the year 2013 and, as such, the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2022, the writ petition suffers from delay and laches. 5.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
