1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. The applicant-petitioner has filed the original application before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal challenging the order of respondent No.5 vide No.1810 dated 05.08.2013 in which the order of transfer of the applicant has been made and on the basis of the decision of the transfer committee of Cuttack Education District dated 19.06.013, the same has been kept in abeyance. It is a matter of transfer and the age of the petitioner reflects to be 52 in the original application, which was filed in the year, 2013. By efflux of time, the petitioner seems to have retired and the cause of action does not survive any more.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

5. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
