1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the petitioner.
3. The applicant-petitioner was one Record Supplier and has completed considerable service and claims for promotion to the post of Junior Grade Diarist. The D.P.C. held on 24.05.2013 where the applicant finds place top in S.T. category, but he was not considered for promotion. In view of such facts, he has filed the O.A.
4. Since the matter pertaining to 2013 and in the meantime, the matter seems to have lost its significance, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
