RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 6th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up for admission and was adjourned on 06.12.2013 i.e. the only date of listing.

The petitioner/applicant had filed the original application before the learned Tribunal while continuing as Cluster Resource Center Coordinator Mayabarha in the district of Subarnapur challenging his order of transfer dated 11.07.2013.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
