Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of reversion. However by virtue of the interim order, he had been continuing in his post. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has already superannuated. 3.

As it appears, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
