RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1st December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.

On perusal of the order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never taken up after 07.01.2013. It is submitted by the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate that the prayer in the original application has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as, by order No.7115 dated 07.03.2013, the applicant along with 14 others were given promotion to the post of Non-Medical Supervisor as prayed for in the O.A. The said instruction was furnished to the Govt. Advocate, OAT by the Director, Health Services (opposite party no.2) vide letter dated 26.03.2013.

In view of the aforesaid developments, the writ petition is dismissed having become infructuous.
