None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. When the matter was taken up on 07.03.2022, none had appeared for the petitioner and after considering the matter in some details and the submission of the learned Addl. Government Advocate, the following order was passed: "None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.
The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 6th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 04.07.2014.
The original application was filed in the year 2013 by the petitioner/applicant before the learned Tribunal for consideration of his re-engagement and regularization under the establishment of opposite party no.3-Soil Conservation Officer, Koraput Division under the control of opposite party no.2Director of Soil Conservation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
It is submitted by the learned Addl. Standing Counsel that after a long lapse of time of about nine
// 2 // years, considering the prayer of the petitioner that he is to be re-engaged and considered for regularization would not survive.
To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 4th April, 2022."
