3. The petitioner who was functioning as the regular teacher under the Zilla Parishad had been appointed as CRCC Kukurpetta, UPS under Chhendipada Block in the district of Angul after being selected in the process of selection consisting of visioning Test and Group Discussion etc. Thus, while the petitioner was functioning as CRCC, his engagement was cancelled vide order No.1716 dtd. 03.07.2013 of DPO., S.S.A, Angul,. Hence, being aggrieved by the said order, he challenged it by filing O.A. before the Tribunal which has been transferred to this Court.

4. Mr. Sonak Mishra, learned Additional Standing counsel for the State-School and Mass Education Department submits that the government has filed detailed reply in the present case and as per Annexure-E i.e. the order dated 06.03.2014 passed by the District

// 2 // Project Office, SSA, Angul wherein it has been mentioned that the grievance of the petitioner has been duly addressed. Hence, cause of action is no moré surviving and it has become infructuous.
