This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to dispose of the L.A. Case No.38 of 2010 and to disburse the compensation amount for the land acquired by the Government for Major Industrial Project, Jagatsinghpur, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that L.A. Case No.38 of 2010 is pending before the authority and, therefore, direction may be given to dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party no.3 to dispose of the L.A. Case No.38 of 2010, as

expeditiously as possible.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
