RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1st December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.

Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the matter has become infructuous. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
