The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to issue appointment order in favour of the petitioner under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

As it appears, opposite party no.2-Director of Prisons & Correctional Service has recommended the case of the petitioner to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-3 dated 03.07.2012 with regard to appointment of the petitioner under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme. It is contended that the same is still pending for consideration and direction may be issued to consider the same. 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to act upon the recommendation made by opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3 dated 03.07.2012 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
