This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

On perusal of the records, it appears that the Petitioner must have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous with passage of time. 3.
However, in the event it is found that the cause of action still survives, it is open for the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the appropriate authority. In the event such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of two moths by passing a speaking and reasoned order and decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within 10 days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed.
