The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1st December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 23.07.2013.
It is submitted by the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate that the original applicant has challenged the selection to the post of R.I., A.R.I. and Amin of Nayagarh district pursuant to the advertisement published on 01.03.2012 by the Collector, Nayagarh. It is further submitted by the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate that no interim order was passed regarding the appointment given to the candidates pursuant to the selection process, after lapse of 10 years, the matter has been rendered infructuous, as the selected candidates are not made parties and the respective rights

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
