1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner joined in service as Assistant Teacher in Upper Primary (M.E. School) on 31.05.1979 and after coming into force the Orissa Elementary Education (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Teachers and Officers), Rules, 1997, he encadered in Level-V of the Elementary Education Service.
3. In the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the legality of the gradation list of Level-V teachers having C.T. qualification.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time the present writ petition becomes infructuous.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. The interim order dated 10.10.2012 passed by the Tribunal stands vacated.
