This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. Heard learned counsel for the State.

The present application has been filed by the Petitioner praying for a direction to the Opposite Parties to release /sanction the service dues of the applicant such as earned leave from 24.05.2009 to 20.12.2009 duty period salary from 21.12.2009 to 31.12.2009 for the month of May, 2010 to July, 2010 and from 01.08.2010 to 07.08.2010 within a stipulated period. He further prayed for a direction to transmit the Last Pay Certificate with immediate effect. 4.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that the second part of the prayer has become infructuous. However, the first part of the prayer regarding non-payment of certain dues, steps had been taken as is revealed from the counter affidavit, which must have been paid

// 2 // to the Petitioner in the meanwhile.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Parties to take steps to calculate the dues of the Petitioner as is admissible within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and disbursed the same to the Petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter, if the same has not yet been paid. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
