Heard the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner and the learned State Counsel.

Referring to the provision at Section 7 and reading through the same Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner attempted to submit that the provision makes it clear the proceedings to be undertaken by the learned Lokayukta.

Looking to the status of the Petitioner at hand, it appears, the proceeding is not entertainable. Undisputedly there is only initiation of the proceeding and the same is posted to 1.12.2022. On which date hearing is likely to be taken place. For the Petitioner's not raising any objection before the competent authority as of now the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. In the process this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event the Petitioner files a petition objecting maintainability of the proceeding

// 2 // vide Case No. LY-183/2021 before the learned Lokayukta, the learned Lokayukta shall first decide on the maintainability of the proceeding before proceeding to other aspects. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
