This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. S.K.Nayak-3, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Jena, learned S.C. S & ME Department. 3.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition claiming for payment as against videographer done in High School Transformation Programme.

Mr. S.K.Nayak-3, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner has completed the work, but it has not been paid its legitimate dues.

Mr. S.Jena, learned S.C. S & ME Department contended that since the claim of the Petitioner is arising out of a contract, the Petitioner may be approached the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement or, it may approach common law forum. 6.
Considering the contention raised by the learned counsel for the Parties, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ petition.
However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.
