Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in connection with Capital P.S. Case No. 687 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.5993 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
