This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.
Heard Mr. K.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the State. 4.
Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "To pay final pension, commutation value of pension, D.C.R.G. amount, Leave salary and arrear salary for the period 01.04.2002 to 10.07.2003 within a stipulated time limit and to pay interest @ 18% per annum on the pensionary benefits from the date of retirement till actual payment."

This application initially has been filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal and after abolition of the Tribunal, this matter has been listed before this Court.

It is seen that eleven years have been passed. In the meantime,
// 2 // it is expected that the grievance of the Petitioner must have been redressed. Therefore, relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous with the passage of time.

However, if the relief sought for has not been granted in the meantime, the Opposite Parties are directed to immediately disburse the dues as admissible to the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 9.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Jagabandhu ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge
