1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner has approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 challenging the inaction of the opposite parties in not considering his promotion from D.L.R. to work-charged as per Government of Orissa, Rural Development Department Resolution No.RW-FE-III-2/11.1115/RD dated 11.2.2011.

4. In this regard, he has made representations to the opposite party Nos.1 and 2 but the same has not been considered. Hence this WPC(OAPC) has been filed.

5. But by efflux of time the WPC(OAPC) has lost its relevance and cause of action raised therein does not seem to be surviving. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

6. Accordingly the WPC(OAPC) is disposed of.
