RJ This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

When the matter was taken up on 23.02.2022, the following order was passed, which is reproduced herein:- "The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 18th November, 2021, after the original application having been transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 19.11.2012.

The original application was filed by the applicant/petitioner in the year 2011 challenging the order of rejection dated 28.05.2011 passed by the Collector, Bhadrak (Annexure-7) for appointment as Choukidar/Class-IV in Tihidi Block in the district of Bhadrak.

It is submitted by the learned Addl. Govt.

Advocate that the matter has been rendered infructuous, by efflux of time of about ten years. To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 7th March, 2022."

Today also none appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called.
