This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.131 (C) of 2013 was filed before the Orissa State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.131 of 2013. 3.
Heard Mr. B. Mohanty learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Rath, learned Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner assails the inaction of the Opposite parties more particularly Opposite Party No.4 i.e. Senior Superintendent, Circle Jail, Koraput in issuing the order of appointment in favour of SEBC Male candidates in pursuance of the selection made. 5.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the petition while challenging the advertisement reserving 24 posts out of 61 posts for women category, he has raised certain pertinent questions of law relating to recruitment process. P.T.O.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not have the up-to-date instruction as he is unable to contact the Petitioner.

Since the matter is pending since 2013, it would not be proper to adjourn the matter any further.

The writ petition is disposed of keeping all the legal issues open to be decided in appropriate case. However, the liberty is granted to the Petitioner to revive the petition within a period of 90 days from today, if any cause of action still survives. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
